I need to replace my alternator and can’t afford to pay $500 to do so. I have general/basic mechanical skills and was wondering how difficult this would be to do? Is the process just taking out the old and putting in the new or do I have to take apart additional engine components just to replace this thing?

I’m in the process of completely rebuilding my golf swing, and want to know if I should have a fade or a draw-like swing. I play to about a 10 or 11 handicap, so I’m not too bad. I’m leaning towards a fade because it seems a little easier to control. What do you guys think?

My golf club Broke how do I fix it?

golf swing practicing
Ian B asked:

Okay I just had an epic bad day. Back from a week at camp I went out for practice with the he golf team. First tee i notice something is not quite right with my month old Nike Dymo 2. So after a practice swing, the head comes clear off. Needless to say i am very pissed off. But I say oh well and take out my walter hagen 3 wood the next tee. SAME THING HAPPENS. I am on varsity golf so its not like i chunked my driver or anything. Both are broken in the same manner, snapped right where the shaft and the head are bonded together. I have a Dicks, sports authority, and golf and ski shop all very close to me. Basically what I want to know is 1. am I going to need a new shaft? 2. If not how much does it cost to get it put back together and 3. How much would it run me to get a half way decent shaft and have it attached to the head? THANK YOU!!!

golf driving
JirafaBo asked:

I’ve seen a couple of driving ranges that you hit your balls into a big man made lake with a few island “greens” in them. It makes me wonder how they get the balls out to reuse them. Also, how long does it take for a golf ball to get water-logged?

My friend who was once a club pro says they hire scuba divers and I think that’s a little too much work. They gotta have some kinda machine. Also, I was thinking, they probably have concrete bottoms to make it easier too. Maybe even a slanted bottom so all the balls roll to one spot….

Anybody know FOR SURE?
If it is something they do only every “so many” days or weeks, how long can you leave them in the drink before collecting them all/?
