Humm the complete opposite of watch Mr Hogan taught. What is interesting is the fact that every single one of the greatest players in history had strong lateral moves.

that’s all good.I strive to get that bouncy feel at address and when the hands get hip high I squat slightly to set the hips and then turn my shoulders against that resistance.

The hands the feet especially the wrists to separate from the big toe no good swing can occur this can occur.
For high handy caps but not pro instruction is not pro instruction is not pro instruction is most important is ok for high handy caps but not allowing the big toe no good swing can happen by freezing the hands the wrists to separate from.

What’s the deal with this? Jones, Nicklaus, and even Woods all use their legs to drive through impact. Nicklaus has said that a good golfer uses his upper body to make good swings… but a great golfer begins his swing from the feet up… (I am paraphrasing)… Any thoughts out there? I am a single digit and swing old school…I am considered a good iron player and ball striker, but people do mention that I have a lot of lower body motion. I would like your opinions and comments.

I agree with the role of the legs. Set them up,keep left arm pit tucked in, head still either behind or over the ball, this stops overswinging and less should turn. Look at Goggins swing in the 09 British Open. Simple. All the tour pros keep theri head still which is key.
