Golf lessons in Winter?

I bought some new clubs and were fitted for them. I talked to the PGA Pro at the place I purchased my clubs and I asked him about lessons. Even though theres about a foot of snow outside he said he can give me lessons indoor at a driving range near my house. He said we’ll work indoors with the simulator???

1. Since I live in CT and I probably won’t be able to get on an actuall driving range for a few more months should I just wait until then to get lessons?
2. I’m not a total newbie, I’ve golfed before but I know my posture, swing, and grip need a lot of help. So…. how many lessons do people typically pay get? 3? 6?

For six 12 hr lessons before and they helped.

You don’t need to be outside hitting real balls for a pro to see that something is “wrong” in your swing etc
I had 6 lessons, but I would say just book one lesson and then take it from their (unless he gives you a deal)
Do your lessons once a week or once every two weeks. This gives you time to let what you have been told to sink in and actually practice it
For additional simulator time its tough to keep your game sharp or improve over the cold northern climates know but in the cold northern climates know but in the lessonsthey wont do you can practice what you will.
