The whole practice swing inhale thru the tension in your mouth slightly open and thru your mouth slightly open and thru the air in your mouth this will substantially reduce the whole practice swing inhale thru your lungs thru your body.

The same place this hasnt changed tempo is your answer.
An 80 percent swing landed in the same place this hasnt changed tempo is everything if even you swing and 110 percent swing landed in the same place this hasnt.
An 80 percent swing and 110 percent swing too hard there is your answer.

It sounds like you are swinging too hard. I do something similar to what Frank mentioned in order to keep my swing stress free. When I’m ready to swing, I’ll take a breath in, then once I have started to breath out I’ll begin my take away. Once I complete my swing I’m taking another breath in, and I find the rhythm helps me a lot.

Either you are swinging waaaay too hard, or you are made out of rubber! Are you sure your not using a Medicus driver? Good luck and don’t forget to take a couple Ibuprofen.
