The lesson is 30 minutes and i really don’t like when the instructor grabs the club and tells me to be in a certain posture. I get really nervous, feel like passing out and am afraid that i can’t tolerate it and i will just run away and make a fool of myself?

Any advice?

I was thinking if i get really uncomfortable i could ask to get a drink of water. That is only one break though. Ah man what if i have a panic attack?

      You are afraid of being afraid and that only way to get around that is to get out there. Do it slowely but you still have to get out there. Prove to yourself that you won’t have a panic attack.
      The possibility that you will pass out is actually quite remote. If he grabs the club, let go. Or talk to him before class and explain your situation. Remember to breathe deep and slow and tell yourself to calm down and relax.

      Your case is a lot worse than mine. I don’t like human contact but I can deal with it without passing out. I learned to set my boundaries around me politely. Just tell the instructor that you feel uncomfortable with close contact and he’ll find another way.
      They’re used to it. Most women won’t feel right under the same circumstances.

      My mouth goes absolutely dry also if you pefer lower key teaching style and bogies and par etc read up on skill for tell him to move where you tell.
