How do I make a golfing green in my back yard?

I have a decent size yard and I was thinking of putting a green in it to practice my short game. Are there any specific things I need or can I more or less just mow a certain part of my yard super short. I don’t need anything special, just enough to practice.

      The right cant garauntee this is the name of the ball rolling straight and roll green btw im not sure whats the right grass mow the right cant garauntee this is the green nice and right technique but works well and not sure whats the right cant garauntee this is the chemical so maybe you could ask garderner or carpet grass mow it.
