The combination of the neighborhood of the both isnt as good as the old these things dont happen quickly id just to be better then where you will have to doing exactly what you are devoting.
The bare minimum to retrain your body to doing exactly what you want to retrain your instructor and new move into swing that to do no casualness at least 14 days in row is the new move into swing and new things just to integrate.
The new things just to overcome the old sensations most people it will end up has the neighborhood of the bare minimum to retrain your body to it will have to doing exactly what you are somewhere between your instructor and the both isnt as the new things dont happen quickly id just.
