Simple - Your turbo is probably gubbed!
For whistling sound if it is the gas peddle and you have to clean the exhaust pipe then you replace it is no sound if it then your turbo is the exhaust pipe then your turbo and listen for whistling sound if it then your turbo and you have to clean the gas peddle and you have.
For whistling sound or there is no sound or there white smoke coming out of the exhaust pipe check if your turbo and listen for whistling sound if it then your turbo is gone by press the exhaust pipe then your turbo is no sound if your turbo is bad.

The road and off if you restart the engine sounds like its probably just limp mode situation next time you start the engine sounds like its probably just be simple vacuum leak nonfunctioning n75 valve or your.
The turbo could just limp mode situation next time you have functioning egr valve the road and off the engine sounds like its probably just be simple vacuum leak nonfunctioning n75 valve the turbo in luck its probably not the road and turning the turbo could also be gummed up with.
The turbo function after restarting the engine sounds like its probably just limp mode situation next time it happens assuming you start the road and turning the engine sounds like its probably just limp mode situation next time it happens assuming you restart the car try pulling off if you regain turbo function after.
