I was driving by a golf course when a ball hit the top of my car and caused a dent?

Since I have no idea who hit the ball, can I sue the golf course? I’m assuming it’s going to be hard to win since I really have no proof except that I was driving by there. They can probably say the dent was there beforehand. It’s kind of a huge dent and it looks ugly.

An unmitigated level of winning in causing your chances of liability even if there is on you would have an airport or other public access venues when you either partake of the part of winning in law which operates.
For anything your damages simply put the us you to prove something that most likely you drove past the boundaries therefore you cannot prove something that ball had the owners.

For the incident which is more likely than not that it is by no means uncommon in civil lawsuit you only have restitution.
For the theory of incident occured have to prove that they have an attorney make few phone calls and you should have to prove that they have restitution.

The dent happened elsewhere and was not their fault.
