If I have a second hole in my ear, can I still stretch my first one?

I got my left ear pierced twice, you know, two holes in my earlobe. The first hole is stretched to a four, and the second is an eight.
I have plans on stretching my first hole to a 3/8G hole, but since I got my second one, I’ve been worried. Can I still stretch my first hole to the desired size without the second hole interfering?

      An 8g isnt that big so youd probably be ok just take it slow and dont rush it and your skin should stretch just take it slow and your skin should stretch just take it slow and dont rush it and dont rush.
