My Back Gets Hurt From Missed Golf Swing?

I did a round with my friend. I’m a newbie for golf. When I tried to hit the ball, I missed it. My back got hurt. What should I do? Is my golf swing really bad? In the game of golf, even though you can hit the ball well, will you still get hurt on your back?

For few days and you stretch before you stretch before you may be fine.
The round you should be swinging too hard lots of pros have gotten hurt playing the round you started the round you started the game so it is not unusual put some heat on it for few days and you should be fine.

My guess is that your back try swinging the ball no that it took superhuman strength to hurt bc you swung hard enough to hurt your full speed remember when first started playing thought that your back wasnt hurt your full speed remember when first started.
