The proper golf swing would say they are all equally used for the entire body is used from your brain to your toes.

the post primary muscles r the hips and core. the twisting action and downward push of the hips towards the ball makes the primary and secondary muscles would really be everything else in the body because wit hthe golf swing the entire body is engaging i nthe action of the swing. the most important joints r the wrist and elbow because these 2 directly relate to the club being open or closed and thus where the ball will actually travel.

The muscle which is least mentioned and most abused is least mentioned and most abused is least mentioned and most abused is least mentioned and most abused is least mentioned and most abused is least mentioned and most abused is the one which sits between your ears normally called.
