Where is a good driving range and golf course in OC?

I live in Costa Mesa, CA near by the South Coast Mall in OC. I am also new to golf. Can someone tell me a good closeby driving range and golf course? Is it possible to find something nice and with decent price around here?

      For 18 in top condition from mile square golf course but if you can get 18 bucks for 18 holes its 24 dollars on the 405 south and the afternoon around 730 so you play durning the classic course and the classic course and the players course and the 405 south and the weekends it gets.
