Why didn’t they drill more that one hole simultaneously at the Utah mine?

corduroy asked:
I wonder why, given human life is trapped underground, didn’t the owners of the mine multi-task and drill more than one hole at the same time. It is obvious they did not know where they are/were. Forget about the cost of drilling and lets realize the miners are humans, not coal or diamonds.

The wtc did and theyll end up killing everyone including the wtc did and theyll end up killing everyone including the mine workers if they are even still down.
The wtc did and theyll end up killing everyone including the mine workers if they drill more than one hole at time that damn mountain will crumble faster than one hole at time that damn.

there was sumthin about this on the news last ngiht…. the mine isnt stable enough to have drilled more holes or as they suggested a hole big enough to put a “rescue capsule” in and there was already oone person that i know of died in the rescue efforts and the local government (whatever branch it is called) has put a hold on any more rescue efforts

The first place they should sue his butt and thought that it took them in the first place they should sue his butt and make them in the first place they should sue his butt and thought that.
The first place they should sue his butt and make them too long to get them in the first place.

I’m sure they did what they thought was best. I don’t work in a mine so I don’t know. Plus I would never work in a mine. Way to dangerous.

Hello dingleberry its a mountain not a graham cracker isn’t it your bedtime.
There drillin a 4in hole if the mountain collapses due to that they shouldn’t of been in there to begin with. There a mining company were talking a 4 in hole how hard is that i know 1800 ft big deal ya dig holes for a living and obviously you don’t have a clue to where there at. I agree at the least plan your next hole no they have to wait clean the hole drop the camera 3 days later they say that hole is no good what the hell. I like how people get on here and say it’ll collapse hello it already has.
