WILL SWIMMING MESS WITH MY GOLF SWING?

Hey everyone. I’m looking into swimming (rather than running) to strengthen my body, and supply myself with adequate cardio - to build endurance. I will also be working with weights 3 days a week as well.

My question is…will swimming (and the repetative shoulder/arm rotation it takes to actually swim) harm or mess up my golf swing in any way? Or, will it actually help my golf swing??

i don’t think it helps you or even harm you with your golf swing but it might excercise your hand

Not practicing your swing will mess up your swing. Chopping off your arm will mess up your swing. Swimming will not mess up your swing. I have no idea where you got that idea from.
